President Donald Trump declined to comment on how the U.S. might get involved in Israel’s assault on Iran’s nuclear program, but he did acknowledge Iran’s renewed interest in talks Monday at the Group of 7 meeting in Canada.
“They’d like to talk, but they should have done that before,” he told reporters before the G7 meeting began. “They had 60 days, and on the 61st day, I said we don’t have a deal.
“They have to make a deal.”
